Monday
Our mobility journey began on Sunday when we set off from rainy Slovakia towards the distant Polish city of Poznań – Spoleczna Szkola Podstawowa Nr 3 Debinka. The endless kilometres passed slowly, but the bus was filled with laughter and a variety of expectations. Upon arriving at the school, we were warmly welcomed by our host families, who made us feel at home from the very first moments.
Monday morning greeted us with music, dancing, and a joyful atmosphere. The students introduced us to their school environment, and through various ice-breaking activities, any initial shyness quickly disappeared. In the afternoon, we split into groups and set out to explore the hidden corners of Poznań. Using clues and riddles, we gradually uncovered the secrets of the city, its streets, and its history. Each correct answer brought us closer to our destination – the beautiful Cytadela Park, where a sweet reward awaited us after completing all the tasks: a well-deserved ice cream.
As the day slowly came to an end, we returned to our host families, with whom we spent the rest of the evening in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.

Tuesday
Today, our journey through Polish culture continued successfully. We began with an Oxford-style debate on European values, followed by a fun Kahoot quiz. Afterwards, we were divided into two groups – "for" and "against" – and defended our arguments. English was essential for sharing our thoughts and opinions. It was great to communicate and get to know new people.
Next, we travelled back in time and visited Rogalin, home to a magnificent 18th-century neoclassical palace that radiated an atmosphere of antiquity. We explored its elegant rooms filled with valuable paintings and fascinating historical treasures.
To finish this wonderful day, we had an amazing time with our new friends at the best Jump Arena in Poznań, where we enjoyed plenty of fun and excitement!

Wednesday
This Wednesday, we kicked off the day with an inspiring presentation about healthy eating. We immediately put theory into practice and prepared a healthy lunch with our own hands, which we proudly presented afterwards. Our table was filled with a colourful salad, a delicious red bean spread, refreshing drinks, and even a homemade healthy version of Nutella.
Energised by the excellent food, we then moved into the world of artificial intelligence. During the presentation, we took a closer look at modern technologies, tried programming robots in different environments, and, at the very end, got them dancing to the rhythm of our favourite songs.
After an educational and entertaining programme, we spent the rest of the day enjoying time with our host families.

Thursday
On Thursday morning, we started the day with a packed snack and set off toward the Radojewo and Owińska areas. In the local forests, an exciting game awaited us, during which we worked in teams to complete various tasks and collect points. Our main destination was a trapper settlement, where we had the opportunity to see different animals up close.
In addition to goats, beautiful hens, horses, and donkeys, we experienced something truly exceptional – a visit to wild wolves, which we were able to play with and even pet. After this experience, we settled in a wooden shelter, where we roasted sausages and bread over a shared campfire. We ended the day full of adventure with some games, and then we returned from school to our host families.

Friday
On Friday, we started with creative LEGO workshops, where we worked in teams to build various models and develop our imagination. We continued with sports activities full of movement, competition, and good spirits.
In the afternoon, we took part in environmental workshops, during which we made original bags from old T-shirts and learned more about environmental protection. After an active day, we enjoyed a special lunch and then left for our host families. The evening was dedicated to a disco, where we had a great time dancing, listening to music, and having fun.
On Saturday, we said our goodbyes and set off on a long journey home, which felt endless, but we made it more pleasant by recalling all the wonderful experiences.

What I liked:
I really enjoyed the activities and trips in Poznań. I especially liked Citadel Park because there were many interesting things to see. The workshops were very interesting, fun, and educational. One of the highlights was the disco on Friday, where we danced and sang together. Some of us even performed a traditional Slovak dance called "odzemok." They also played Slovak songs for us. Thank you very much for such an amazing experience! 😊
Skills and improvements:
I improved my English-speaking skills and my pronunciation of some words. I also built friendships and relationships that I will remember fondly.
Things that could have been better:
Everything was great, except that the disco could have lasted longer. But that is probably the only thing.

My week in Poznań was an unforgettable experience. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to participate in this mobility project, even with my imperfect English.
Monday – It was very interesting because the beauty of the Polish city is truly unique. I was especially fascinated by the beautiful churches and historical monuments. It was a wonderful day.
Tuesday – This day was mainly about our knowledge and discussions. We learned many new things and debated in different languages. I had to use English a lot. Afterwards, we travelled by bus to Rogalin. The castle was in excellent condition and very different from Orava Castle. In my opinion, it was twice as large. Walking through its historical rooms felt like travelling several centuries back in time. Later, we visited the largest trampoline park in Poznań, which was one of the best experiences of the Erasmus project.
Wednesday – This was the day to show our cooking skills. Using the ingredients we received, we prepared a beautiful, colourful, and delicious salad. After lunch, we visited a large garden where we created a project about our salad. Later, we attended workshops focused on technology and robotics. A kind teacher introduced us to our new little robot friends. We enjoyed learning many new things about robotics. This day taught us that controlling and programming robots requires a lot of effort and practice.
Thursday – We visited Radojewo. The name sounded ordinary, but we were very excited. We spent the day in nature, completing interesting and fun tasks. We pretended to be imprisoned princesses, sang lullabies to an evil swamp demon, and took part in many creative activities. At the end of the day, we met our friends at the largest shopping centre in Poznań. After that, we returned home, took a shower, and prepared for another day. It was a very active and enjoyable day.
Friday – Our final day at the wonderful school. To make our farewell memorable, they organised a day full of activities. We spent the morning participating in sports competitions. We also attended workshops where we built small houses, made keychains, and enjoyed ourselves. Later, we worked in teams on projects about European values. To celebrate and say goodbye to our new friends, we attended a disco. We enjoyed every minute until it ended. Afterwards, we said our farewells and returned to our host families.
I will never forget this week. It was the best week ever.

I really enjoyed the mobility project in Poland. The entire week was amazing. I was incredibly lucky with my host family—they were wonderful, and I felt at home from the very beginning. The five days were full of exciting activities and trips.
Monday – Getting to know each other and having fun
The local students performed dances for us, and we gradually got to know one another. Afterwards, we had lunch, where younger students offered us a menu and let us choose cakes or lemonade. Later, we participated in a city game in the centre of Poznań, which helped us learn more about the city. We saw many beautiful historic buildings. Although the weather was not ideal, I gained many new experiences and memories.
Tuesday – The Great Debate
We practised argumentation skills by discussing Europe and various global issues. Teachers divided us into groups supporting or opposing different viewpoints. We had to defend our opinions and answer questions from the opposing teams. At the end, the teachers decided which team performed best.
Wednesday – Healthy Cooking
The day began with a presentation about healthy eating habits. Afterwards, we took part in a culinary workshop. Working in teams, we prepared salads or drinks for the teachers. We had a lot of fun doing it.
Thursday – Adventure in Nature
We spent the entire day outdoors, completing various tasks and quizzes. We searched for a hidden teacher, ran up steep hills, created and performed short plays, and searched for flowers in the forest. For every completed task, we received beads as rewards.
Friday – Sports and Farewell Party
The final day was dedicated to sports and celebration. We played various games, including passing balls and bouncing on inflatable balls. One activity that even the youngest students used was particularly challenging because it required excellent balance. Later, we spent our final moments with our host families before attending the farewell party. Although we were tired, the party turned out to be fantastic. The buffet was excellent, and we created many wonderful memories, although we wished it had lasted longer.

I really enjoyed my time in Poznań. It was an amazing experience, and I would rate the entire stay with top marks. The school was excellent, and the teachers were very kind and helpful. I enjoyed the lessons and found it interesting to learn in English. Poznań is a beautiful city, and my favourite place was the historic town square. I made many new friends from different countries, had lots of fun, and improved my English significantly. I am very grateful for this opportunity and would highly recommend such a mobility project to all students.

The mobility project in Poland was extremely beneficial for me. It allowed me to discover a new culture, gain valuable experiences, and make new friends. During my stay, I participated in many interesting activities and learned about life at a school in Poznań. I especially appreciated the friendly atmosphere and cooperation with Polish and Spanish students.
This experience improved my communication skills, increased my self-confidence, and taught me how to work in a team with new people. I also took home many wonderful memories. I evaluate this mobility project very positively and would recommend a similar experience to other students because Erasmus+ offers valuable experiences, beautiful memories, and lifelong friendships.
